Services & Fees

I do not underestimate how overwhelming the first steps of deciding to see a therapist can sometimes feel. I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation to allow us to meet and explore your expectations of therapy. I can explain the service I provide in greater detail and answer any questions you may have. Additionally, you can outline the issues that concern you, and I can assess whether I can offer you appropriate support. The initial consultation gives us the opportunity to decide whether we are in mutual agreement to work together and to agree on the terms of therapy, such as the frequency of sessions and the time you would like to attend.

I currently offer face-to-face, online (via Zoom), and telephone consultations.

Couples therapy is available face-to-face at my Replingham Road practice on Wednesdays and Thursdays, or via Zoom from Monday to Thursday. Relationships are ever-changing and can encounter many challenges along the way. Couples therapy can be very helpful in encouraging you to communicate differently and offers a safe space to express your thoughts and feelings freely to one another. It provides couples with a chance to truly hear each other and can help to alleviate any tensions or misunderstandings that exist between you.

I offer a safe and confidential environment for you to consider your deepest thoughts and feelings. You will be encouraged to express yourself freely without worrying about causing friends or family to feel anxious or concerned. Sometimes, it can be really hard to share your innermost thoughts and feelings with those who are closest to you, which may leave you feeling lonely, isolated, or misunderstood.

My counselling practice is conveniently located in Southfields, with easy access from Clapham, Earlsfield, Putney, Wandsworth, and Wimbledon. My consultation room is less than a five-minute walk from Southfields Underground Station (District and Circle lines) and bus routes 156, 493, and 39.

COUPLE THERAPY

Couples are seen together and the each session is longer than individula therapy. When and if appropriate, it may be helpful to see couples separately for 1 session each after the first joint session in order to gain insight into each individuals’ distress within the relationship. this can be discussed at the first joint session.

VIEW THERAPY AS AN INVESTMENT IN YOURSELF

Personal therapy can be a journey of enlightenment and personal discovery. You will not be given answers and immediate solutions, and it’s not my role to tell you what to do or give you advice. However I will provide guidance, compassion, and support for you to consider your choices and options, and your personal dilemmas. We will work towards the common goal of gaining greater clarity with regard to your life situation and increase your general sense of well-being and self-esteem. Therapy provides you with the space and time for personal reflection and expolration, in our ever increasing, frantic world. It can increase your confidence and encourage a more positive outlook on life.
